I would like it if the mainbox/inbox itself would be more like the oxwall setting where you get mail/chats and notifs of mail/chats in push notifs to your phone or desktop. There also you could create video conversation with a whiteboard meeting type of chat, and showcase chat bar on bottom more like facebook im on facebook as well.
It is the niftyness of such software that is attractive to users and responsive as well. Just a thought.
