RSS Feeds + algorithms

Hello...

I have 2 questions:

1. Does anybody know the algorithms of the forums, rooms, pages? I would like to create a social network that can offer full view to people posting.

2, Do we have options to create RSS feeds from forums, rooms, pages for users to follow information on the areas that they want?

Algorithms I don't know about. RSS isn't available yet.
