    How do you feel the place is holding up? Is it dead? Do you like, dislike it? Any improvements you know of or wish to see happen? Is it active enough for your needs?

    Have you seen what's new? I personally find it to be awesome. But nobody new has signed up here. I've been working with a few other platforms lately but want to see if I could help out here two where I can.

    Hope you are doing well regardless.

    I have two Socibd sites and find the network to be pretty awesome. My first site is small, but have a dedicated group of poker players in it. The first month I launched I keep a list of things to improve and most of them got updated very quick when submitted. My second site launched yesterday in the 420 industry and will run through some testing this week with a new group of people. I have higher expectations with this site so will give it a whirl and see how it goes!

    @JustinCohen Good plan!

    When I used to have a website years ago, still do, on other platforms, besides Socibd, I started out small as well. I'm a seasoned web owner and one of the first things I've done, regardless be it moving from one network to another, or just checking out platforms to see where ideas lead. Is keep members engaged. If you get even 2 other people besides yourself to sign up, whatever method you used, is one of many available to you.

    My second tip for you is, never forget all the resources available to you. You don't want to bring a third party into the connection point between you and perspective customers, until you have customers or members doing the same thing. This is how word goes viral, so you can get the word you want, to appear on the site you own.

    The next tip I have for you is, focus on your strengths. It's not how pretty you can make your website, because only you know what to do with it, even if a million other users were viewing it right now. Keep things simple, but also make them thrive in their simple nature. Keep your core purpose alive, or keep several distinct options to members available to them, should you discover, they are being used as a source or resource. But note, rarely used features never go further than their conception, because every idea incorporates them differently.

    Whatever regards you have, always keep an open mind when setting goals. This is how change empowers your progress forward here. It'll keep you going for a good long while. Shortly, you should see some fruitful activity pick up if you follow the pulse of your community, and then step aside or back not in heart, but in mind, to let it grow. Then let it reach out to you, to pull you forward into it, and then like a wave, ride it out in balance and make adjustments as to the flow of the moment. Play your hand well, and you will notice success literally at your door step.

    Hope this helps. And I'm very glad to hear your networks are doing well for you.

    I'm around if you want to talk further or have any questions. I'd love to help you out. Nice story. I appreciate it. Keep up the great work. I think you're doing wonderfully well.

    I like my anamassien.us site which is use mainly for me and myself. I like the fact I have hashtags and at mentions on a non wordpress self hosted community. It is too hackable unless you run jetpack then your cpu thru the roof.

    Swell Support is the ailments network, I am still working on it and also on spiritbook, which is going as well as is expected.

    I find that people don't want to join a site without games or some other time passer. I think that's a load of crap but what can u do other than link in some games and i just don't feel like this matches my site(s). I'd like for my sites to be doing a bit better and I am thinking of creating one called I'm Local and leave it open for people who are local, but I don't know if I will or not.

    @AnaMassien Engagement with members is what will keep it moving forward. Having a local site sounds like lots of fun.

    I don't have allot of friends who aren't more than stalkery and curious. I know my site sees some hits every month, because my video watching has skyrocketed, their is a counter on them so people come by and watch my videos. they also look at my pics so... lol Most of my friends in my email list are ceo of their own hosting or social sites. I don't have allot of user friends like you for instance, maybe three or four and that is all. I make friends very well and I am friendly but people will just skirt me and my sites. I think it has to do with my love of vampires and all things vampyric which I am NOT changing lol and if it is and they can't see past the graveyard dirt that's their problem.

    It's not everyone's cup of tea, but I am not trying to force it up anyone's butt.

    I understand this about you. Sometimes tho, some things you state or say come out or across wrong to people.

    I like to get along with others, not because it pays to be polite but because I want to make a difference in how people treat them, even if their no one. My heart is a little tinged by gray-black because people turn me aside way to much, and i am getting tired of it.

    @AnaMassien You aren't the only one. Sometimes we go places because we are unique. Other times, we found ourselves at places we know are unique, but not by our design of getting there. So in truth rests the nature of competition. And sometimes, equality just tries to keep up with it as best it can. Change is freedom.

    @ElsharaSilverheart as they always say,
    "I told you so" and I am glad people can be brought around to see a new road they would have never taken, because it would suck if you never actually met the people you were meant too. I used to think allot about this, because I would think how will we get to where were supposed to be if they never show up? The question is easily answered but never obvious, "You don't turn up in people's paths so that they actually come up looking for you." rather than vice versus...
